Extraction Screw Type PSCE
Application
The PSCE screw conveyor is designed for horizontal and inclined (up to 15ο) transport of solids in granular and floury form. It is used in industrial food and feed production units, as well as in bulk material handling units.
The maximum transport length is 12m.
Operation
It is used for extraction from a silo or mixer, dosing in a zygote and feeding a hammer mill.
The V-shaped inlet of the screw has a long length with a progressive pitch, so that it discharges massively and evenly.
Construction
It is made of painted RAL1013 or galvanized steel. The thread is made of cut sections of reinforced thickness.
